BY BIKE
No.1 Nottingham Science Park is well served by dedicated cycle routes. Visit to download and print detailed cycle maps from Nottingham City Council.
We are currently exploring the potential for the establishment of an on-site bike pool.
BY BUS
Bus no's 13 and 14 provide an excellent service to No.1 Nottingham Science Park from Nottingham City Centre and Beeston. During University term time the no.34 service also runs from Nottingham City Centre.

BY TRAM
Nottingham's acclaimed tram network (NET) will connect the site to the City Centre as part of the next phase of development (due for completion 2011), with a stop planned directly outside the Park. www.thetram.net
BY CAR
No.1 Nottingham Science Park is designed such that cars should not dominate the outside environment. Car parking is hidden under the building to emphasise the beauty and biodiversity of the Lilypad boardwalk and surrounding parkland.
Each business will be encouraged to assess its true parking requirements and develop its own travel plan to :
- Ensure better air quality and reduced CO2 emissions
- Reduce traffic congestion and hence travel time
- Promote employment opportunities for non-car users
- Develop a socially responsible community
Whilst the park is easily accessible by car from the M1 and Nottingham's inner ring road, we advocate substituting single occupancy vehicle trips with alternative methods such as bus, cycle or train.
We are looking into the possibility of operating a car club at No.1 Nottingham Science Park, providing members with quick and easy access to cars for short term hire.
BY TRAIN
No.1 Nottingham Science Park is within 2 miles of both Beeston and Nottingham train stations, with train times available from national rail enquiries at www.nationalrail.co.uk.
