No.1 Nottingham Science Park won the “Design-Led Project of the Year” Award at the Midlands Property Awards on the 22nd of July.
Scientists have voted The University of Nottingham the Best Place to Work in Academia in the UK and Europe. Internationally the University is declared the top place for scientists to work in the world, outside North America. The rankings are published in The Scientist magazine, and are based on the responses of thousands of research and teaching staff, working in higher education institutions and clinical academic facilities worldwide. Blueprint have completed a 6600 sq m new state of the art facility automotive technology centre for Castle College and Toyota at the prestigious Nottingham Science Park.The facility will support up to 600 students from Greater Nottingham and will provide a centre of excellence run by Castle College for Toyota, catering for their national apprenticeship scheme and a Toyota Technical Education Programme.Castle College will take occupation of the building on 1st February.Blueprint are also nearing completion of Building No1 which will provide innovative offices of 41,000 sq ft offering space for SME’s from 1,000 -10,000 sq ft, which is scheduled for completion in Spring 08.
